Try this for Relaxation

• When you are feeling stressed record your stress on a scale of 1-10
• Create an image in your mind. For example: a waterfall
• Do you relax? What sensations do you feel?
• Now record your stress on a scale of 1-10
• Try other images and identify those that are most relaxing for you to use at a time of stress to relax your mind and body.
